Refund Policy



Recreation Run Programs
 
Full refunds will be made if a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment.
Student cancellations/withdrawal request must be received at least 10 days prior to class\workshop\activity start date for a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.  After that, credit may be applied towards another Recreation run program in that calendar year.  Please note, if applicable, refunds will be by check only, even if originally paid by credit card, and they will take four to five weeks to process.
 
 
All Other Programs
 
Full refunds will be made if a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. 
Student cancellations\withdrawal request must be received at least 10 days prior to class\workshop\activity start date for a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refund is available for student cancellation\withdrawals from a class\workshop\activity made less than 10 days before start date.  Please note, if applicable, refunds will be by check only, even if originally paid by credit card, and they will take four to five weeks to process.
