Hands on pottery.
Learn to use a pottery wheel, plus create pottery and small sculptures using handbuilding techniques!
Beginners will learn to wedge clay, form clay on the wheel and apply surface decoration as you make functional and decorative masterpieces. Continuing students refine their wheelthrowing and handbuilding skills (your choice) and expand their knowledge of decorating techniques. Class includes demonstrations and personal instruction. Tuition includes 25 lbs. of clay, glazes, and firing.
