In this class you will move in flowing postures using the breath as guide. You will stretch, strengthen, and relax as you take part in these all level classes.
Yoga is a GREAT way to let go of stress and tension while increasing flexibility and toning muscles in a safe and effective way. Modifications will be provided for beginners, as well as ways to challenge postures for the more advanced students. At the end of each class is a restorative sequence followed by a final relaxation, so you will feel energized yet relaxed as you leave class.
5:45-6:45 pm - Level I - (Come learn and restore)
7:00-8:00 pm - Level II - (Come deepen your practice)
Level I: This foundation class is great for beginners, those working with limitations, or those just looking for a gentle pace to help them meet their goals. You will feel calm and serene as yoga is good for the body and mind.
Level II: This is an intermediate class which integrates more challenging poses into a flowing Vinyasa style class, sure to get your heartbeat up. Come detox and de-stress.
