Mac who grew up in Miami, kicked off his professional career at the age of 15 playing bass with James Brown and Joe Tex while recording two albums with TK records. He went on to move to Rhode Island where he was the lead singer of the five time Grammy nominated band Roomful of blues. There he recorded three full albums and toured internationally, he later joined the Eastside Horns, led by trumpet great John Allmark and formed his own band in 2008 The Mac Odom Band. Mac can be found performing throughout the southern New England area.
