In this class you will move in flowing postures using the breath as guide. You will stretch, strengthen, and relax as you take part in these all level classes.
Yoga is a GREAT way to let go of stress and tension while increasing flexibility and toning muscles in a safe and effective way. Modifications will be provided for beginners, as well as ways to challenge postures for the more advanced students. At the end of each class is a restorative sequence followed by a final relaxation, so you will feel energized yet relaxed as you leave class.
Bring a Yoga mat and water.
$55 for 8 week session or available as a $7 drop in. You can now pay for drop-ins online! Just select the session you want and you will have the option to just select 1 day, multiple days, or the whole session at once!
