As new guidelines are released, we are looking at running a fairly normal summer this year!
We are still working to develop some of the policies and procedures as new guidance comes out, but last year we were able to service over 200 kids last summer with 0 Covid outbreaks thanks to the hard work of our staff and we look forward to being able to do the same this year!
Last year was definitely a challenging summer at Kids @ Play, but we were still able to have a great time in a safe environment and we're looking for even more fun this year!
We plan to feature several popular elements of our program this summer, just like previous summers including:
- Options for Extended Day
- Fun STEM based activities
- Even more fun activities
- Targeted 6:1 staffing ratio (vs industry standard of 10:1)
- L.I.T. (Leader in Training) program for 7+8th grade! (see L.I.T. Page for more information)
When Kids arrive in the morning, they will be presented with a schedule of activities running during the day. These activities will include all the favorites such as fishing, kayaking, arts and crafts, sports, and all sorts of crazy games and activities. Some activities run multiple times (such as kayaking) since there is a limited number of spots each time. Our goal is that your kids get the freedom to choose the activities that they will have the most fun with! We take suggestions from kids (and parents) when it comes to making the schedules to make sure that we incorporate plenty of variety while still ensuring that favorite activities get plenty of representation.
The 2021 Pricing is:
$235 per week ($220 for second child, $190 3rd+ children)
Daily Options will be available to sign up for starting April 1st. Pricing will be $55 per day ($50 for second child, $45 for 3rd+ children)
The program runs from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm with drop off from 8:00am- 9:00am and pickup from 4:00pm - 5:00pm.
There will also be an extended day option available for sign-up that will allow drop of as early as 7:30 and pickup as late as 5:30.
