Playing games, swimming, boating, crafts, whatever! While many of these activities will have positive effects, such as increasing physical health and inspiring creativity, a leader is looking for more. LIT is our Leader in Training program, designed to give the desired education and experience to set you up to become one of the new generation of leaders. Whether in the business world, civics, or simply volunteer, there are several core values to leadership.  Our Leader In Training program is built on the mindset that there are three pillars to leadership. These pillars are made up of core values in Personal traits, Relational capabilities, and Professional excellence. In this program, we will dig in to these concepts and work to help you understand what these are and how you can develop them. We strongly believe that everyone is a leader to some extent. Our actions influence and impact others around us. Having an official title is not a requirement for leadership. Because of this, we feel that it is important for everyone to understand what is required for good leadership, and that is why we run this program.Several of our current staff started out in this program, and over the years, I’m sure we will see many more progress through the staffing levels of the program. Who knows, maybe someday you will run this program yourselves!Weekly Pricing: $100 per WeekDaily Pricing: $30*Daily Pricing opens April 1st*2026 Financial Assistance Application* - Opening Soon!*2026 Financial Assistance Application - Field Trips* - Opening Soon!Field Trips will be optional with a full day of activities still happening right at Kiwanis Beach for those that don't want to go.
